My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a peaceful retreat just outside Ubud. The restaurant served amazing healthy food, and the staff was really supportive during a critical situation. However, I encountered issues with the room I booked, including lack of security and unexpected construction noise, which dampened my experience. Overall, the natural beauty and food were superb, but the room situation and amenities could use some improvement.

I had the most incredible experience at Soulshine! The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting, perfect for a yoga retreat. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and I loved waking up in the unique Bob Marley room with an outdoor shower. Although there was a slight humidity smell in our room, the exceptional service and stunning surroundings easily made up for it.
